Installation

OpenMICRON is an implementation of the AICG2+ model designed for use with OpenMM simulation toolkit. Thereforce, you should install [OpenMM](http://docs.openmm.org/latest/userguide/application/01_getting_started.html#introduction) firstly.

Install OpenMICRON by pip

Open a terminal and run the following command

pip install openMICRON
